User Registration

Bidding on SIP & BID for any listing requires user registration as prerequisition. It’s a simple one-time process before you start your first bidding with us. We currently do not support bidding as guest.

Bidding

All bidders have two options for their bids:

Instant bidding: This is one off bidding amount user bids, this amount should be same or higher than “Maximum allowed amount”.
Proxy bidding: A proxy bid, also known as a maximum bid or absentee bid, is an automated bidding system where our platform places bids on your behalf up to a specified maximum amount. Essentially, you set a limit, and the system will bid incrementally on your behalf, only as high as necessary to keep you in the lead, up to your maximum.

Retracting a bid:

Bids are usually binding. However, in cases of typos (e.g., bidding $1000 instead of $100), contact support immediately.

End of Auction

ALL BIDS ARE FINAL! Winners will be notified by email or Your account will show the lots you have won. You must make payment within 72 hours of the auction closing to avoid a late payment fee to your order total.
We accept payment by Visa Card, Master Card, Afterpay, PayPal, Apple
Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, EFT or Cash on Pickup (Arrangement required).

Buyer’s Premium:

The following fees may apply to the winning hammer price:

- We charge a flat Buyers Commissions. This commission varies from Auction to Auction. Kindly read through auction information to know more about this.

In addition to buyer’s premium the following fees apply at checkout:

- 2% Loss & Breakage Cover (Optional)
- 2% Payment Surcharge (No additional charges for EFT and Cash on pickup options)
- Postage Fee (Optional, auction winner must buy this service during checkout). Winner can also arrange their own postage services as well.

Delivery Service

Any product won through auction is a purchaser’s responsibility. Collecting your goods in person is highly recommended, if collection is not an option and you wish to have your goods delivered, we are happy to arrange delivery on your behalf. Please note any loss or breakage is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless you choose to take available insurance with the purchase.

Your goods will be dispatched in accordance with the delivery options that you have selected following completion of the auction and tracking information will be duly provided. All deliveries have to be signed for and will only be left with someone over the legal drinking age. Kindly contact us if unsure.

Delivery Timeframe

We tend to dispatch all paid items within 3-4 business days. Any delays will be communicated. Purchaser will be allowed re-arrange deliveries as long as goods has not been dispatched. Once goods are dispatched it is not possible to make any refunds or re-arrangements.

Insurance cover:

All auction items are sold as is. We do not cover any cosmetic damage to bottle cartons/tins that occurs in transit or for minor leakage. Kindly contact us if you are looking for specific insurance or breakage cover.

Legal Age of Buyers

All lots on our site may only be bid or purchased by persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

By accessing this website and/ registering to use this website as a Buyer, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

At delivery to the Buyer, all shipments will require the signature of an adult at least eighteen (18) years of age. Proof of age may be required at the discretion of the courier.

Restrictions of Sale

We reserve the right to refuse any items for the auction, especially when there are concerns regarding authenticity of the lot.
